Christmas at San Onofre...

We've decided to make it a new family tradition to travel somewhere with our extended family every year and meet for Christmas, spending the weekend together...

This year we went to San Onofre to the beach cabins Ken and I spent my 30th birthday with the kids at...

It was... again... pouring rain, but in spite of that- we had an absolutely wonderful time!!!
I'm already looking forward to next year :)
It was chilly-willy on the beach!!!

The girls stayed warm in the cabin coloring pictures for Santa...

The boys made a gun out of stuff they found on the beach!!

Running to get out of the rain!!!

Ken practiced skipping rocks with all the kids :)

They LOVED squishing their toes in the mud!!!

Something I think none of us will soon forget...
ICE PLANT SLEDDING!!!
Who says you need snow to go sledding??!!

Uncle Smitty saved Kierstyn as she almost fell down the hill when he pushed her (lol)...
Instead, she just pooed her pants a little!!

 Weeeeeeeee....

 Brenda zooming down the hill!!!!!!!

 Danielle was the funniest!!!
Her face was priceless!!!

I did family photos for everyone during the few minutes the rain let up...

Everyone took off running when it started raining again!!!

Kierstyn and Emma's faces are too funny!!!

 Feeding the birds!

Uncle Steve the trouble maker :)
He sat on Terra and Emma had to save her!!!

That's right Emma... Kick him in the butt!!!

I love this picture of Nataly!
She is so dang sweet!!!

 That's our Emma-Loo!!!

Ice?!?!  What Ice?!?!  I didn't put ice down your shirt...

 Arts and Crafts time!!!

 Big kisses from my baby...
Must have been mistletoe somewhere :)

We had so much fun making ornaments for our Christmas tree!!!

and they turned out so cute!!!

 The kids decorated the tree...

Bray and Sis made the star for the top!

It was honestly the most beautiful tree I'd ever seen!!!

Brandon got to be Santa for the night and hand out all of the gifts!!

Smitty must have got something good!!!  Look at his face!

 Look at them eyes :)

 Staring contest!!!

The rain let up long enough that we were able to roast some marshmellows!!!

 My beautiful handsome boys!!!

 Smoke follows beauty :)

 Nice beard Bray!!!

 Nataly was loving her smores'
What a face!!!

Even Jessika got to have some fun by the campfire!!

 Steve and Marcy...

You would think finding glow-sticks in the dark would be easier!!!

 The boys got creative!

Our last morning there, Brenda made breakfast!!!

Next year, we will definitely have to make it longer...  If even just a few days!
We had an absolutely wonderful time and made so many incredible memories...

Wishing everyone a holiday filled with as many happy memories as we've been blessed to have!
